Does the candidate need to take an additional test?
No. Deep Insights is generated from the personality test results already collected. No extra test, no extra time from the candidate.
Who can see the report?
Recruiters by default. When sharing candidate results with a hiring team via a shared link, recruiters can choose whether to include Deep Insights, the same way they manage other parts of the candidate report.
How is the report generated?
From the candidate's Five-Factor personality results. Deep Insights generates a narrative based on the individual's profile using psychometrically grounded anchor content. No raw dimension scores leave the Alva system.
How does Deep Insights relate to the Leadership Report?
Deep Insights is a narrative layer available for any role. It describes how a candidate is likely to work, communicate, and where patterns may create friction. The Leadership Report applies a dedicated leadership lens to the same Five-Factor data, tailored specifically for leadership positions.
