Strategic addition as sights set on Norway

As the company's first significant external board member, Antonia Brandberg Björk will challenge and guide the management team as operations scale up, with particular focus on the Norwegian market as the first step in a broader international initiative.

With an international background, Brandberg Björk has built an impressive career in HR. She has specialised in fast-growing organisations and companies undergoing significant transformation processes, often with connections to private equity.
Today, as CHRO, she leads the extensive transformation of Schibsted Marketplaces, with well-known brands such as Blocket and Finn. The company is currently undergoing a complete restructuring with a new brand (Vend), new values, and new ways of working.
