What this is

Every morning ends with something you can use.

Each speaker brings a framework, and you apply it to your own organisation on the spot, working it through with the other leaders in the room. You leave with a business case, a plan or a playbook, ready to use the same week.

The room is a mix of people who already work with Alva and people who don’t, because learning from peers is the point. Nobody pitches.

What you leave with

Four mornings, four things you can use. Not notes.

01

A first draft of a one-page business case for hiring quality, built on your own numbers.

02

A draft 90-day plan for getting your team fluent in AI.

03

A first operational playbook for the hiring steps you are ready to hand to an agent.

04

Next year’s hiring plan reframed, and a pitch for your leadership already tested on a room of peers.

Malin Freiman Moezzi stays with the group through all four mornings, with a private channel in between.

There is no fee. We would rather choose the room than sell the seats — which is also why places are limited and we confirm each one.

Make the business case for hiring quality

Malin Freiman Moezzi, licensed psychologist

Everyone agrees hiring quality matters. Far fewer can prove it to their CFO. Malin shows you how to build that proof on validated method and numbers the business already tracks.

You leave with: A one-page business case for hiring quality, built on your own numbers.

Getting your whole TA team fluent in AI

Johannes Sundlo, founder of Prorio AI, ex-Spotify and Trustly

TA has a double job with AI: getting your own team fluent, and hiring AI fluency into the rest of the business. Johannes shares the adoption playbook he uses with large organisations.

You leave with: A map of your team, a 90-day adoption plan, and a first definition of AI fluency for TA.

Putting agentic AI to work

Minya Segercrantz, Head of People at Alva, and Max Lagrell, founder of ellma, ex-Alva

You’ve probably seen an agent demo by now. Minya and Max show what comes after: running one in your own hiring, every day. No technical skills needed.

You leave with: A first operational playbook: what you’ll hand to an agent, and where your team checks the work.

Earning TA’s seat at the strategy table

Antonia Brandberg Björk, EVP People and Communications at Vend

“Create a seat at the table. If it’s not there for you, make sure you get it.” Antonia shares how she did it, and you rework next year’s hiring plan in the language of the business.

You leave with: A reframed hiring plan and a pitch for your leadership team, tested in a mock leadership meeting.

Who you spend the autumn with

One mentor. One host. All four mornings.

Mentor
Malin Freiman Moezzi

Malin Freiman Moezzi is a licensed psychologist who has spent her career on one task: how to encourage organisations to take a more strategic approach to talent management. She is an expert in evidence-based recruitment with 10 years of experience from companies such as Assessio and Asker Technologies, now she advises organisations through her own practice. She’s known for positions the industry doesn’t always want to hear, like that cover letters tell you very little and how being data-driven enables us to be more human-driven. Malin leads this first morning. For the three that follow, she joins the group as the cohort’s mentor.

Host
Anna Brodin

Anna Brodin is a licensed psychologist and People Science Lead at Alva, where she’s the bridge between the research behind Alva’s assessments and the people who rely on them. She joined as a Customer Success Manager, noticed customers asking for more than the product could give them, and built Alva’s Professional Services from scratch. Today she turns hiring research into tools and practices organisations can use, and helps Alva’s product team make evidence-based decisions. Anna hosts all four mornings and is your contact at Alva throughout the cohort.
