You’ve probably seen an agent demo by now. This morning is about what comes after: running one in your own hiring, every day.
First, Max and Minya show how they work with the agent: how they brief it, what they check before anything reaches a candidate or hiring manager, and what went wrong in the first weeks. Then you take your own hiring process, step by step, and decide which parts an agent should take over and where someone on your team checks the work. You finish by drafting how you’ll introduce the agent to your team.
No technical skills needed. It works whether you already run an agent or haven’t picked one yet.
Minya Segercrantz is Head of People at Alva and runs Alva’s own hiring on the Alva agent, so she knows what it’s like to depend on one for real roles. Max Lagrell led Alva’s internal AI work as AI Automation Engineer, from training cohorts of AI super users to running company-wide hackathons, and has since founded ellma, which helps companies put AI to work in their daily operations. Between them, they cover both sides: how an agent is built, and how it holds up in daily use.
Anna Brodin is a licensed psychologist and People Science Lead at Alva. She hosts all four mornings and is your contact at Alva throughout the cohort.
Malin Freiman Moezzi, licensed psychologist and the cohort’s mentor, joins the group as a sparring partner and links what you build here back to session 01.
