About the webinar

One of the most common questions that come up when talking about recruitment assessments is the issue of faking or cheating. Can we actually be certain that a candidate isn’t just pretending to be the perfect personality that we’re looking for? How much can you ‘learn’ a logical abilities test and actually score higher? Can we trust these types of assessments at all?

During this webinar, we aim to raise the most common worries that exist regarding various types of cheating and faking in recruitment assessments, and shed some light on what test providers can and should be doing in order to maintain tests of high validity and reliability.

Psychologist and Senior Customer Success Manager Philip Ström joins us to clear up how assessments actually work, and how and why cheating is a lot more difficult than it might seem.

We will discuss:

  • Why faking your way through a personality assessment is a lot harder than it may seem
  • How cheating in a logical assessment works - and not
  • How test providers approach these issues and what measures you can take to safeguard your company

🇬🇧 This webinar will be held in English.
