About the webinar

While working from home has become the new normal for many over the past year - what will happen going forward?

While we cannot know for sure what is to come, there is a lot of research out there aiming to predict what is likely to happen going forward. Many people have already left larger cities in favor of smaller towns and more space, and it seems likely that remoteness is here to stay long-term.

But can companies continue to offer remote work? Does a more permanent remote work policy need to have a limit in terms of location and/or time zones? Or should we consider geographical flexibility rather than just allowing work from “home”?

Digital nomad and TedX speaker Sofia Lindman joins us to share her first-hand experience of working from all corners of the world, and discuss the unexpected scenarios that companies allowing globally remote work may encounter.

We will discuss:

  • What the global trends seem to indicate about the future workplace
  • Why we need to look at softer values and not just the practicalities
  • What companies need to be aware of (but often miss) when allowing remote work

🇬🇧 This webinar will be held in English.
